Centre of improving driving skills, "Shturman" was created in 2000. Initially its mission was to improve the safety and quality of driving on the roads of Russia. The techniques developed by center "Shturman" for over 30 years ago, originally used for training personnel of operational services employees of the KGB and Russian FSB, the drivers of road transport enterprises in the Council of Ministers and President Administration, drivers of private security companies. Later these techniques have found successful application in improving the driving skills of professional drivers with great experience of work, as well as new-comers. Head of the Centre "Shturman" Putyato Andrei Borisovich is the champion of the KGB in motorsport, the champion of Department seven in the KGB USSR, the author and developer of a number of training methods for special forces, Fellow of Security. .Today Center "Shturman" offers everyone, regardless of experience and driving skills original system of training in the art of driving a car in any road and weather conditions.
